Background
With Lebara being a small company, there are budget and time constraints on content. We had to get creative and adapt to have a big brand feel for little cost. Here are a few examples of videos I created in house and the total price of production.
5G hype and launch campaign
5G is the next big step for the company and with a lot of hype surrounding devices, there is an equal amount of excitement for providers. For the upcoming launch of 5G, I took this idea of moving into the next step, the next frontier in telecommunications and translated it to a space launch. This also feeds through from the original Astronaut Jay video having a familiar face to spotlight the next big event.
Process: Animation, Video editing, Sound design
Project asset cost: $150
Lebara App Launch
The Lebara app has been a project that has lasted over 2 years to create. The entirely native app brings together all the portals customers use to activate, recharge and manage their account which historically have been all in separate websites.
To celebrate the launch I created a promo video highlighting the exciting features and new look of the new Lebara App.
Process: Animation, Video editing, Sound design
Project asset cost: $128
Jay the Astronaut
This was the first video I ever created for Lebara. While it is quite a simple video this was huge at the time as it was the first time we ever created a branding oriented video. Previously to this we always had animations highlighting plans and deals.
Process: Video editing, Sound design
Project asset cost: $60
Social media branding video
This was a video created by an external vendor. We took the same idea of creating videos out of stock footage and created a storyboard that fits the social media landscape. This is the end result playing on our data banking feature to continue streaming when you need it most.
Process: Storyboarding, Video Editing
Project asset cost: $6000 (external agency)
